Scamp's PLM Series Masking units combine Scamp's unique and patented random noise generation circuitry with an internal 5W amplifier, a custom-designed driver, and a high-quality acoustic enclosure. Unequaled spectrum, volume, and zone-size adjustability allow the PLM unit to achieve superior fit with the acoustic environment.  Active spectrum shaping enables the unit's output to conform to the preferred acoustic curve, regardless of ceiling treatment. Volume adjustments can be made in zones from under 225 square feet in area and can be set with precision within a range of 10dBA to 86dBA. PLM Series Masking units operate on low 16 - 18v power.

Scamp's PLM units work independently or in conjunction with CP and CV Master units, the Scamp Programmable Timer, Plenum and Ceiling Plate Satellite units, and Scamp Public Address Speakers.
