 
The Scamp Programmable Timer is
micro-processor controlled and capable of maintaining separate
masking schedules for four different zones, regardless of size, on a
given floor or within a given building. The Timer provides up to
nine masking level changes per twenty-four hour period in each zone;
each weekday can have a different sound masking schedule. In this
manner, the Scamp System can be tailored to suit the requirements of
individual areas within the office space. The Timer also allows for
automatic incremental introduction of sound masking over a
fifteen-day period in retrofit situations. Proprietary software
allows for Win 95 or Windows 3.11 programming. All programmed
information is held in the Non-volatile Memory. These features allow
the time to be programmed off-site and ensure that programming is
retained during power outages.
